Control method of Brushless DC motor
(I) positive inversion
Brushless DC motor in the structure and DC motor is very different. So we can not change the polarity of the power to change the direction, only by changing the stator winding magnetic potential and the relative relationship between the rotor magnetic field to change the direction of rotation.

The control method is used in phase two a difference of 180 degrees, a driving signal to control the corresponding windings of the conduction, so as to achieve positive. These two signals can be obtained through two sets of position sensors in the space of the position of the 180 electric sensor. Electronic circuits can also be used to deal with certain logic, in order to get a positive signal and an inversion signal.

(Ⅱ)Speed regulation

Brushless DC motor speed control can be achieved by changing the size of the voltage, there are two commonly used methods: first, to maintain the same time each phase. Each phase is turned on and the magnitude of the voltage on the coil is used to realize the speed regulation. The other is to keep the magnitude of the voltage constant and change the length of each phase to realize the speed regulation.
